Inquiry-handling pilot for service businesses

Give every inquiry
a clear next step.

Start with one useful inquiry-handling step, such as sending a form request to your tracking tool with a named owner and an internal alert. We check your tools and agree the pilot scope before you commit.

When inquiries get stuck.

A quote sits in an inbox. Two people assume the other replied. Someone checks three tools to find the latest update.

We review the process with you and check whether a software setting, clearer responsibility or a defined setup would help.

THE PROCESS

How the setup works.

A small, useful pilot, built around the tools and people you already have.

  1. Review the broken step.

Show us a recent inquiry, where it got delayed and who handles it. We check whether a simpler software setting or clearer responsibility is enough.

  2. Agree the pilot scope.

Before work starts, we agree the useful step the CAD 500 pilot will deliver, the tools, responsibilities, timing and checks for acceptance.

  3. Build and test that step.

We implement the agreed pilot step and run its acceptance checks in the supported tools. The wider follow-up system is a separate scope.

  4. Review and hand it over.

We review the test results with you and document how your team uses the pilot step. You decide whether any further work is worthwhile.

THE PAID PILOT

Start with one useful step.

Software, usage and applicable taxes are separate. We agree the written scope, timing and acceptance checks before work begins.

Book a call about the pilot
  • One independently useful inquiry-handling step

For example: one existing form connected to one supported tracking tool, with a named owner and an internal staff alert. Your exact pilot step is agreed in writing.

  • Check the tools you already have

We check native features first and confirm whether your tools support the proposed step before committing to the work.

  • Testing and a documented handover

The pilot includes written acceptance checks, testing of the agreed step and documentation so your team can use it.

The pilot does not include the entire inquiry and follow-up system. Full email sequences, additional workflows, SMS, websites, advertising and migrations are outside this pilot.

Optional full setup: CAD 2,000 total

The CAD 500 pilot is credited toward the full setup if you choose to upgrade within 30 days of pilot acceptance.

On upgrade: CAD 500 more before full implementation, then CAD 1,000 after agreed full acceptance and handover. Together with the pilot credit, that totals CAD 2,000.

No automatic upgrade or recurring charge. Software, usage and applicable taxes are separate.

IS IT WORTH FIXING?

When this setup makes sense.

A useful starting point

  • You already receive inquiries, consultation requests or quote requests.
  • A recent missed step or repeated staff effort has a cost you can explain.
  • A decision-maker and the staff who will use the process are involved.

Use the tools you already have.

We check native software features and working procedures first. If a setting or a clearer responsibility is enough, that should come before a custom setup.

The pilot improves one agreed step in handling existing inquiries. It does not promise new leads, bookings or revenue.

Work directly with Travis.

I review your current process and tools with you. If a pilot makes sense, we agree its scope, responsibilities and acceptance checks in writing before starting.

You can ask to see a demonstration using sample data. Your own tools and requirements still need to be checked before a proposal.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Common questions.

Will I have to replace my software?

We start with existing tools and their native features. Compatibility is checked before a proposal. Any additional software or usage cost needs your agreement.

What happens when I book a call?

Choose a time in Calendly and complete your booking details. In the call, we discuss the problem, its cost and the simplest useful scope. Booking the call does not commit you to a project or authorize payment.

How long does the pilot take?

Timing depends on the selected step, tools and access. The pilot scope sets the delivery schedule and what your team needs to provide before work starts.

How do we know it is working?

The written pilot scope defines the useful result and how it will be tested. We review the actual test results and handover with you. Passing those checks does not guarantee a sales outcome.

Do I have to buy the full setup?

No. The CAD 500 pilot must be useful on its own. If you choose a full setup within 30 days of pilot acceptance, the pilot is credited toward the CAD 2,000 total. There is no automatic upgrade or recurring charge.
