1. Acceptance of these terms
These Website Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Northline Marketing ("Northline," "we," "us," or "our") regarding RevenueBooked.com and its content. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Website information
The site provides general information about Northline, paid acquisition, landing pages, follow-up, booking, attribution, and revenue operations. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether any information is appropriate for your business.
We may update, correct, suspend, or remove site content or functionality without notice. We do not promise that every item will always be complete, current, or error-free.
3. Meetings and Northline services
Submitting a form, taking the revenue-path audit, subscribing to emails, or booking a working session does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship. A service engagement begins only when Northline and a client enter a separate written agreement.
Availability shown through a booking provider may change. We may decline, cancel, or reschedule a meeting where reasonably necessary. Any project scope, fees, payment terms, ownership, confidentiality, performance obligations, and cancellation rights will be governed by the applicable written service agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, data, or network.
- Introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests, scrape the site in a manner that burdens it, or bypass technical restrictions.
- Use site content to misrepresent an affiliation with or endorsement by Northline.
- Use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
5. Intellectual property
The site, including its text, branding, layout, graphics, audit content, visual systems, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Northline and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Northline grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the site for your own lawful business evaluation.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, adapt, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit a substantial part of the site without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Third-party links and services
The site uses or links to third-party services, including Calendly and Kit, and may link to other external sites. Third parties control their own services, availability, terms, and privacy practices. Northline is not responsible for third-party content or systems, and a link does not necessarily mean endorsement.
7. Results and disclaimers
Past experience, examples, case information, audit output, and statements about marketing or revenue are illustrative and do not guarantee future results. Outcomes vary based on factors such as the offer, market, pricing, budget, creative, sales capacity, response speed, competition, customer demand, and execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available," without representations, warranties, conditions, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Northline and its owner, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from or connected with the site, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northline's aggregate liability arising from use of the public website will not exceed CAD $100. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
9. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Northline from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights or forum that applies to you, disputes relating to these terms or the site will be brought before the courts located in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
11. Changes, severability, and entire agreement
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement governing use of the public site; a signed service agreement separately governs client work.
