This Privacy Policy explains how Northline Marketing ("Northline," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, handles personal information through RevenueBooked.com, our booking and inquiry channels, and Revenue Path Notes.
Northline is responsible for personal information under its control. Questions, requests, or complaints may be directed to the contact listed below.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, role, and website.
- Information you submit when requesting or booking a meeting, including scheduling preferences and anything you add to a booking form.
- Your email address and subscription status when you join Revenue Path Notes.
- Messages, business information, and other details you send when communicating with Northline.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, we and our measurement providers may receive an IP address, browser and device details, approximate location, referral source, pages viewed, links or buttons used, session timing, and identifiers stored through cookies or similar technologies. Microsoft Clarity may also capture interaction information such as scrolling, clicks, and page navigation. We do not intentionally ask you to submit sensitive personal information through this site.
3. How we use personal information
- Respond to inquiries and prepare for, schedule, and conduct requested meetings.
- Assess whether Northline's services may fit your business needs.
- Deliver Revenue Path Notes and administer subscriptions you request.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and its conversion path.

We do not sell personal information. We may provide information to service providers that support the purposes described above:
- Calendly for meeting scheduling and booking forms.
- Kit for email subscriptions and requested marketing messages.
- Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, and security.
- Google Tag Manager and configured Google services for managing measurement tags and analytics.
- Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and attribution.
- Microsoft Clarity for website usage and interaction analytics.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and may process or store information outside Ontario or Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or regulators under that jurisdiction's laws.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your direction or consent.

Blocking measurement technologies may reduce our ability to understand attribution but should not prevent access to the main site. Revenue Path Notes are sent only after a subscription request and any required confirmation. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are processed as required by applicable Canadian anti-spam law, though we may retain limited suppression information to ensure we honour your request.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access personal information under our control, request correction, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain. We may need to verify your identity and may be unable to fulfil a request where a lawful exception applies.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining business records, honouring unsubscribe requests, resolving disputes, and meeting legal requirements.
